Stephen Bender
Stephen attended the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction at The University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. After completing undergraduate studies he worked for a custom home builder in Naples, FL. As a Field Manager he was responsible for Quality Control, Scheduling and Management of all phases of construction. Stephen earned his State General Contractor’s License in 2003 while working with Noble Plumbing and Fire Protection in Melbourne, FL.

David Bender
David Bender attended the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. From 1996-2004 he worked for a number of large companies designing and supporting core IT infrastructure. For the last three of those eight years, David was extensively involved in building Bender Consulting Corp., a technology and design firm headed by his wife Rachael. David brings business management and technology experience that allows Bender Construction to remain on top of the complex issues found in construction.
